  • Our clinical team reviews your information to identify a therapist who specializes in the specific areas you wish to focus on. Once we have found a match, we will reach out with a welcome email to introduce your provider and provide the next steps for scheduling your first session.

  • In Canada, psychotherapy is regulated provincially. Generally, your therapist must be registered in the province where you are physically located during the session. If you are travelling, please let us know in advance so we can ensure we are meeting all provincial regulatory requirements.

  • The process is designed to be simple and secure. We use a video platform that meets the highest Canadian privacy standards. Before your session, you will sign into your secure client account and click "Join Session." You simply need a stable internet connection and a private space where you feel comfortable speaking freely. You can join from your computer, tablet, or phone.

  • Research indicates that virtual therapy is just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most clinical concerns. Many of our clients prefer this format as it eliminates the stress of a commute and allows them to engage in deep work from the comfort and privacy of their own environment.

  • Absolutely. We comply with all Canadian federal and provincial privacy laws, including PHIPA and PIPEDA. We use encrypted, healthcare-grade software for all video calls and digital paperwork to ensure your personal health information remains confidential and secure at all times.
