We believe the best healers are supported and empowered from the very start. Our clinic delivers the supervision needed for RPs and RPs (Qualifying) members to reach independent practice status—and thrive beyond it.

    Individual Supervision (1:1)

    A collaborative space for case consultation and professional growth. We focus on the practical application of therapeutic skills, ethical decision-making, and the development of your unique clinical voice. This is a grounded, peer-based approach designed to help you feel supported as you navigate the early stages of your career.

    Group Supervision

    Join a community of peers for shared learning and collective problem-solving. Our group sessions offer diverse clinical perspectives in a supportive, small-group environment (maximum of 8 participants). It’s an ideal space to reduce the isolation of practice and meet your CRPO hours alongside other RPs and RPs (Qualifying).

    Designed for those entering the field, we offer structured guidance to help you bridge the gap between theory and practice. We provide the necessary oversight and documentation for your educational and licensing requirements, ensuring a smooth transition into your professional career.

CRPO Hours & Accreditation:

These sessions qualify as Group Supervision (3–8 participants) and contribute directly toward the clinical supervision hours required for CRPO registration. Each cohort runs for a total of 12 hours; sessions are 2 hours each and run weekly until the cohort concludes.

Summary of Hours:

To support your clinical logs, a formal summary of hours is issued to each supervisee upon completion of every cohort.

Investment & Pro-Rating:

Group supervision is $100 per hour ($600 per 6-week cohort). Subject to the CRPO cap of 8 supervisees, late entries will be pro-rated for remaining sessions.

Individual clinical supervision with Adele is available at $175 per hour. Availability is managed exclusively through Owl Practice.
