My approach
Are you navigating a season of life that feels unrecognizable? Whether you are moving through the heavy fog of grief, the aftermath of a major life transition, or a shifting sense of identity, these experiences can leave you feeling drained and deeply alone. Many of the people I support find themselves wondering how to carry the weight of their history while still showing up for the demands of today.
I specialize in holding space for those walking through trauma and loss. My focus is on providing a steady, compassionate anchor during your most uncertain chapters. We will work together to process the deep-seated impact of your experiences, equipping you with the tools to find healing and enduring change. You don't have to navigate the path back to yourself in isolation.

Healing is rarely linear, and I blend evidence-based methods to support your emotional safety and long-term resilience:
Grief and Trauma-Informed Therapy for navigating the complexities of loss, including suicide bereavement and infertility.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help process the difficult narratives that often follow trauma or life shifts.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for finding meaning and purpose even in the midst of profound change.
Mindfulness-Based Self-Compassion for quieting the inner critic and building a gentle, supportive relationship with yourself.
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) for finding practical pathways forward when life feels overwhelming.
