My approach
Do you feel as though your brain is constantly running a dozen tabs at once, leaving you exhausted, scattered, or stuck in a cycle of burnout? Many individuals I work with struggle to find a sense of rhythm in a world that wasn't necessarily built for the way they think. Whether you are navigating a recent diagnosis or simply feel "out of sync" with your daily demands, it can be draining to try and keep up with everyone else’s version of productivity.
I specialize in providing neuro-affirming care that moves away from "fixing" and toward understanding. My goal is to help you bridge the gap between where you are and the life you want to lead, in a way that aligns with your specific values. Together, we will focus on building practical systems and a deeper sense of self-compassion, allowing you to move forward with confidence and authenticity.

I believe that therapy should be as unique as your internal wiring. I lean into practical, evidence-based strategies that provide tangible relief while honoring your lived experience:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for clarifying your values and moving toward them, even when "brain fog" or fear feels heavy.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for identifying the thought patterns that contribute to overwhelm and low mood.
Behaviour-Based Approaches for developing neuro-affirming systems that support your daily executive functioning and goals.
Collaborative & Compassionate Inquiry to ensure our sessions feel like a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your true self.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Professional Member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
My professional background is rooted in years of clinical experience supporting children, teens, and adults who identify as neurodiverse. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Conflict Studies and Human Rights from the University of Ottawa and a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
I have completed advanced training in ACT and CBT, specifically focused on supporting those with ADHD, Autism, and OCD.
