My approach
Are you tired of being held back by "what-ifs" and social anxiety? Many women I work with feel overwhelmed by the burden of being "on" for everyone else, often sacrificing their own well-being to meet the expectations of others, especially during challenging life transitions.
I specialize in helping women navigate these pivotal shifts while breaking free from the cycle of worry, image anxiety, and people-pleasing.
In our work together, we shift the focus away from the exhaustion of carrying it all and toward the power of gentle boundaries. You will learn how to protect your time and energy in a way that feels authentic to your values, allowing you to show up for yourself as much as you do for everyone else.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for managing intense emotions and building the communication skills needed to set firm, gentle boundaries.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for moving toward what matters, even when fear is present.
Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) for quieting the inner critic and building self-worth.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a Professional Member of the Canadian Counsellors Psychotherapy Association.
With over a decade of experience in the field, including specialized work in psychological assessments, I bring a deep understanding of how our minds work to every session.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and have completed advanced training in CBT, ACT, and DBT.
